Led by Chef Octavio Ruiz, whose roots trace back to the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Patria celebrates the traditions, craftsmanship, and flavors that have shaped generations. Inspired by the agave fields of his homeland and influenced by Atlanta’s vibrant culinary scene, Chef Octavio has created a destination where authentic Mexican heritage meets contemporary dining.
